Drosia Triantaki was born in Thessaloniki in 1982. She is a dancer and choreographer, specialized in dancetheater, contemporary dance and performing arts’ kinesiology. She has graduated from the National Dance School of Greece and from Folkwang Universität Der Künst (Essen-Germany), where she acquired her master degree in Pina Bausch dancetheater.
She received a certificate with Merit in the field of Advanced Contemporary Dance Techniques and the Merce Cunningham Technique, form The Space, Scottish School of Contemporary Dance Dundee (Scotland). She attended workshops with Nina Dipla, Jeremy Nelson and Akram Khan.
She founded the company die Wolke. She worked as a dance with the companies Sinequanon, dancetheater of the National Theater of Northern Greece, Fysalida, the Music Hall of Thessaloniki and with M. Siezckarek, B.J. Riepe, Chikako Kaido, R. Leoni, S. Brinkman.
She has collaborated as a dance teacher with the dance shools diagonal and Viky Sianou, the Art School of Ampelokipoi, the theater school Averto and YMCA.
She has received a 1st prize for contemporary dance form Hellas Dance Festival and a 3rd price in the National Dance Competition of Athens.
